Here is a list of useful mindfulness resources made up of sites, mindfulness books and video that discuss different aspects of mindfulness. I would like to acknowledge each of these sources as being an integral part of my own personal journey with mindfulness.

www.self-compassion.org Kristin Neff’s pioneering research into self-compassion and 8-week program to teach self-compassion skills. The program, based on MBSR was co-created with her colleague Chris Germer, and is affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
